The quickest way to reach the MindMax team, and other people using MindMax, is our Discord server.
What to bring to Discord
- Questions. How a feature works, why the AI answered the way it did, how to set something up.
- Bug reports. Tell us your MindMax version, your operating system (macOS or Windows) and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- Feature requests. What you were trying to do and where MindMax got in the way — that is more useful to us than the feature you have in mind.
- Release news. New versions are announced there as well as in the changelog.
Discord is public. Don't post API keys, license details or the contents of documents you wouldn't want others to read.
Account and billing
For anything tied to your account — a charge you don't recognise or believe is wrong, deleting your data — email support@mindmax.me from the address on your account.
